Great service, Incredible cakes 🎂 And fast delivery
Cake was nice, was scared of getting sponge cake lol but it came taste felt custome made. Size was BIG🥹 like everyone was like this cake for this price? Unbelievable! Lool I loved the cake and everything Thank you fastest cake for being fast! I’m def recommending everywhere I go 🥳
Placed an order for my son's birthday cake on the 28th of August 2023 and paid extra N2,000.00 for his picture to be placed on the cake ,it was delivered without the picture,I sent an email to complain and ask for a refund and as at 31st August 2023 ,no response to my email. I called customer care and I was told to write my complaint on the WhatsApp line ,they only read it and said they will get back to me on WhatsApp but never did .Finally called customer care to complain the third time and the lady on the phone asked me if I wanted to order another cake after I complained of the cake without the picture. Really awful customer service and poor management of customer complaints. I ended up losing N2,000.00
Not bad at all. Placed my order at 3:27pm and the cake was delivered at 6:49pm. My mum really liked the cake. Well done. 👍🏽
Communication was top notch, Delivery was timely infact minutes before the stated time. The cake was heavenly. Got it for someone and the recipient was very grateful seeing the design of the cake. Thanks so much.
