IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing and even resulted in an injury. The nail technician (Tolani) lacked proper tools and hygiene standards, which should have been my first warning sign. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, assuming her skill might make up for it, but unfortunately, it didn’t. The products were cheap and poorly applied — my nails began to lift and fall off within a day, the acrylic turned yellow, and glue was caked underneath. Nothing about the nails was to standard — there was no proper structure, the design was off, and she was completely blasé about it all. The entire appointment dragged on for over 2.5 hours, and I eventually had to stop the service because it was taking far too long. The pedicure was also subpar and carelessly done. When I returned to London, I had to see a doctor for my injured hand, where I was prescribed antibiotics and advised to have the remaining nails removed. She urgently needs more training — or better yet, should consider stopping altogether before she injures anyone else. The salon’s hygiene, customer service, and professionalism were all severely lacking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place to prevent a similar experience.
