They don’t know how to take injections. I won’t advise anybody to go there. Their staffs are very rude, especially the guy who did my pelvic scan
The location is conducive and have knowledgeable and well equipped scientists. But their social media(Whatsapp team) lacks efficiency, also sending result via electronic means is 2/10 because they lack punctuality. Felt like they forgot. I did the reminder 😒.
Good nurses and laboratory staff. They have enough room to grow but their service is excellent. Customer service is key and they have good customer service from the front desk to the nurses
My first experience here for an annual medical screening was really a great one. The staff are so friendly, professional and respectful right from the front desk and always ready to explain in details every information you need to you. Furthermore, they have state of the art lab equipment. Kudos!
It's a wonderful place. Very nice reception. I have not conducted any tests there so I can say much about the quality of services. But I am positive they'll be excellent at that too.
