On 29/12/25, I got Inno's loc contact from google as I was searching for a new place to relock my hair. Fortunately, she spoke with a calm voice and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair was colored, relocked and styled. She's also very fast. I was done in less than 2 hours and it amazed me. Inno's loc, keep it up. I didn't give the remaining star because I want to see how long my loc will last.😂😂 after relocking.

The customer service was top-notch, and they worked fast while still delivering a very neat job. She also took time to educate me on proper dread maintenance for strong, long, and healthy locs.
