Excellent customer service, well laundered and good garment care. Prompt service
I sent them suit jackets and got them back folded. Seriously? Who folds suit jackets for crying out loud? That’s basic garment 101. This is complete unprofessional and shows ZERO respect for people’s clothes, if you want your suits ruined, this is the place. To make it worse, when I called to complain, the lady I spoke with was unbelievably RUDE and UNAPOLOGETIC… like I was the problem for expecting basic professionalism.
