It’s just about the locktician, Christian. The customer services in general in terms of communication, needs to be improved.
All I can say is there are no good nail trch here, services have gone from 100 down to zero. Second time in a row having an absolutely terrible experience doing my nails here. First of all a rude staff and secondly i didnt leave with the nails i actually came here to do. GLAD to be given the opportunity to leavewe a review because what the hell?! You just lost a customer.
Initially I had a really bad experience with one of the staff and some outfits I had given her to make for me. The owner reached out and rectified the issue and made amends, the bubu that was sent back to me as a replacement was really beautiful and iv had several people as me about how they can purchase.The salon itself has really good customer service and staff and is family friendly.
Had a wonderful experience coming here!! The staff was well attentive, answered any questions, and made you feel as comfortable as possible. The place was very clean and almost felt like a movie set. Everyone was getting beautified from natural hair treatment, hair washing, wig making, braiding, nails, etc it was busy, but everyone was treated like main character. I had the pleasure of getting my bridal nails done by Beauty for my wedding and would 10000/10 recommend her. They were beyond beautiful! They offered complimentary drink and snack. Also had my daughters natural hair done and they took care of her very well. The same hair tech did wonders on my natural hair, no pain and the braids so flat and neat. It came out exactly how we wanted. Pedicure by Winnie was amazing, had the feet looking and feeling baby smooth! Even after a whole week, still so silky smooth! The staff is heavy on communication and ensuring all guests are comfortable. The location is big!! Husbands hair was even done here as well and he looked so handsome for our wedding and photo shoot. It was definitely worth the price for the experience. Truly felt like a Queen. If there was a place like this in the states, I’d be going weekly. Heavenly!!
It was a wow experience! I was treated like an egg by my stylist and was offered anything I wanted. Full fun place with lots of looking around to do. Respectable staff and comfortable environment. Would definitely be back. Also look out for the warm welcome immediately you step in through the door.
