Apple Store lekki jakande

I dnt trust these people for iPhones. I got iPhone 14 from them in 2024. Months later it was always hanging….took it back and he did repairs and it was okay for a while and went back to hanging. I took it back repairs and it was fine. Later it was battery problem, took it to slot and the engineer told me dt it wasn’t an original follow come ba3 in d phone. I was shocked. This is may 2025, battery issues again. I don throw d phone away to get a new and trusted iPhone. This is a God forbid iPhone shop.

I Just help a friend get some gadgets such as Brand New MacBook Pro, IPad 11” M2 comes with a free casing from them. They are reliable, I recommend them.

This dealer is untrustworthy and not good for the Apple brand. I am in the process of making an official complaint to Apple. I recently purchased an iPhone from this dealer. After three months of use, the screen stopped working, with no signs of physical damage. My son, in an attempt to invoke the warranty, took it to the store. However, he was informed that screens were not covered under warranty and that a repair would cost N290,000. I escalated this to the store owner, who reiterated what my son was told at the store. After a lengthy argument, he gave me the option of sending the phone abroad to try my luck but warned that this could take up to three months. I contacted Apple, and I was referred to some stores in Lagos and finally had the screen replaced for free in under two days. When I attempted to provide feedback and express my displeasure to the dealer, he was dismissive and rudely hung up on me. My opinion after the phone call is that he is dubious and has attempted to cheat me.
