I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one had to be said. I have never been this disappointed in my life. First, the same room is used for facials, massages, pedicures, and manicures and the staff even sleep there. The prices definitely don’t match the standard of service. The towels were dirty and worn out, and while the staff clearly know their jobs, it’s obvious that management hasn’t provided them with the proper tools or setup. I came looking for a luxury spa experience where I could relax and unwind, but this was far from it. My manicure and pedicure were done using stools and bowls to wash my hands and feet not what you’d expect from a spa at all. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the staff’s effort. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing or high-quality spa experience, I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere.
