I like that I can place order on their website before going to the store to pick so I would not spend time moving from aisle to aisle to select what I want to buy
A nice place for shopping nothing extra Ordinary really. They could be handy when you are stuck for provisions and few items around. They have an operational store of cold drinks and stuff. The payment system is up and running,no accessibility features noticed. The customer service is good to go.
Adide is a good mini supermarket, they sell at discount price compared to others but the availability of range of products is limited. Customer service too is very good at this particular branch. Though I think they need to rebrand their stores nation wide, add more color and grandeur to the over view.
The cashier rounded off the price of my product to #1900 while the actual price for the goods I purchased was #1818 and did not even inform me about it. He told me to go without giving me my receipt but I ordered for it only to find the discrepancy. The manager had to intervene for full refund.
A store for the family. You get to buy groceries for the family at a relatively cheap price. Courteous staff and store is located along the road providing easy access. Car park is available but definitely not big enough to accommodate peak periods.
