This mall is along Agindingbi Road, opposite Cadbury. At the money several items can be purchased including groceries, appliances, provisions etc. at an affordable price.
Absolute rubbish, their customer service zero, the management zero, the Shawarma bad, couldn’t even hold it together. Never patronizing them again. Maybe they are over working their staffs or under paying them cos the whole experience is just rubbish. Very poor service.
Addas Mall comes with some freshness in a turf that is supposed to be familiar. Prices are friendly. Product range is wide. It's kind of a one stop shop for lots of stuff while finding some food or snack to grab too. The bakery section is popular for oven-fresh bread. And there is a restaurant in a corner of the ground floor. Two floors up have more products on display. Some office spaces are also built-in. The main entrance makes provision for wheelchair entry. But from the road, you get a sense the parking space is small. In actual sense, they have a lot more space for parking inside, in a separate space built as a complement to the main building. In 2022, the stock is fuller, the range is wider too. It's getting even better - more stock - as at October 2022.
In Lagos city, shopping malls are springing up everywhere to cater to the endless shopping needs of Nigerians. ADDAS Mall is another addition to an expanding retailer chains industry. Situated in a well-appointed, easily accessible place along the busy Agidingbi Road, Ikeja, the mall is an imposing multi-tier building with all kinds of stuff on sale inside. ADDAS Mall boasts a very expensive parking lot and it is never too crowded to pack space for shoppers. There is a security house by the side, housing uniformed, armed security officers. Also outside the complex are barbecue and pastries outlets attached to it. Uniformed officers man the entrance and check shoppers when leaving. Stepping inside the mall is a welcoming cool ambience and sections of goods on display. Virtually everything can be bought here, from grocery, raw and cooked foods, electronics, fashion, assorted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and so much more. There are elevators to take shoppers upstairs for other items not on the ground floor. With rows and rows of well-arranged goods, shoppers are really spoilt for choice. Cashiers at multiple points attend to customers promptly and courteously, while both cash and card credit payments are accepted. There are no long queues for payments. In all, it is always a pleasant shopping experience at ADDAS Mall and their prices of goods are quite competitive, not prohibitive.
Adequate parking lot with security. The mall is gradually waking up with everything available for sale. It’s in a very good location too. Just a few things to touch up here and there and it can compete favorably with other malls. I wonder why tissues couldn’t be logged into the sales machine as at the time of visit, so we couldn’t buy it even though it was available. The entry and exit points should be specified and manned by security men. I noticed a gate opened but not accessible due to its height ad it could damage low vehicles. You can have trees in the park to add to the aesthetics.
