Owu Crown Hotels Ltd is a Nigerian-owned hotel that was established in 2005. It is located in Ibadan, Oyo State, and boasts of state-of-the-art facilities that can compete with the best hotels in the world. The hotel has 76 lettable rooms of different sizes, each equipped with modern conveniences such as wireless internet connectivity for lodgers and an I.P.TV system that allows lodgers to request particular films on their TV sets. The Presidential Suite Pent House on the fifth floor has a kitchenette and is equipped with the most modern conveniences, making it a home away from home. The hotel also has two chalets on the fifth floor that house the General Manager and the Executive Chef. To ensure guests' comfort and convenience, there are two lifts for guests and one for room services. The Hotel is serviced by a Central Air-conditioning system on both the ground floor and basement where the Front Desk/Reception, the main Bar, and offices are located while each of the lettable rooms is serviced by split unit air conditioners. Apart from enjoying a dedicated line from the PHCN substation with on 500KVA transformer, it has 2 500KVA and another 350KVA generators which are serviced by a 26000-liter underground diesel pump. Also, the Hotel has a 100KVA Inverter that powers as back up for the Ground floor and basement where most of its electronic types of equipment like computers, internet servers, etc. are located. The inverter is also connected to the lifts to ensure their uninterrupted service.

The on-site restaurant serves a wide variety of local and international dishes. Guests can order snacks, cocktails, and soft drinks at the poolside bar. It houses an outdoor pool which is flanked by recliner seats; it also has a well-equipped gym. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast.
